the location was spectacular and the view was marvellous, the service was welcoming. very well furnished unit with a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. staff was so cheery - they made my stay absolutely amazing. i loved the beach restaurant, serving savoury cuisine.

My stay was very enjoyable here. Prime location and the food was nice! The room was glamorous with comfortable beds. The best sand beach I've seen before.

We liked hotel's very friendly lobby. Perfectly located for us. Magnificent & reasonably priced unit with spacious balcony and comfortable bed plus electrical equipment. Having different strong drinks in the pool bar was a VERY NICE touch.

The room was big size, the pool was heated, the staff was polite. Breakfast was great value for money, I appreciated fruit and potato. Exceptional experience there.

The stuff was very professional, top location, had a plentiful breakfast. Restaurant was panoramic and neat. A sandy beach, perfect view. Moreover, it was 1 km from rooftop. It was a restful stay, well-organized place.

Nice 4-star experience. Greatly enjoyed the swimming pool. Dinner and breakfast food was alright. Handy base for your holidays in Puerto del Carmen.

A short way from attractions, including playa chica beach. Very clean and well-kept place. It takes 15 mins by foot to the bus stop❤
